10/13 years ago I've bought some Panama hats from PanamaBob.
They are very goog till today.
A friend of mine, vere in Italy, wish to buy
a good Panama hat.
Any advice for him, any place?

Panama Bob is no more. It’s a long story.

Two favorites are Northwest Hats and Panama Hats Direct, but there are others. I don’t care much for the hats I’ve seen blocked in Ecuador, including Panama Hats Direct. I think it’s money well spent to have the hat blocked by a domestic hatter. Check out Northwest Hats:
