Last night I watched a documentary on the Pacific War called The Pacific War: They Filmed the War in Color on PBS. Good stuff.

... thanks for the heads up. Saw both the Pacific one and the first installment of the ETO (France/Germany) last night. VERY wonderful film quality. Blew me away.

Great Show

I could not explain in word what i felt wene i seen the WWII futage in color. It shows you everything form the blood on the wounded men to the fire on the deck's of the ships. Color really does show a diffrent side of war. I hope they show this program in high school to show the younger genaration that has for gotten what others went thorw to defend this country.
