Good points animator. And yes, the info sharing is what makes FL so great. Especially with a maker who doesn't have a website, email etc.

David, I've yet to try Optimo (We might visit Chicago soon, so I am hoping to actually hit the shop) but I've emailed a few times and their communication skills are indeed excellent. This only helps the end result, of course.

I am glad you had good luck communicating with Optimo. I emailed them inquiring about a hat. I heard nothing back. That made my vendor decision a bit easier.
