Poet Stanley Kunitz Dies at 100

The great but underappreciated poet Stanley Kunitz died today. He wasa pulitzer prize winner and American Poet Laureate twice. He [published his first collection in 1931 - which makes him a poet of the Golden Era, and which makes this Golden Era News.

I'm glad to see someone here is keeping on top of the news that matters. Had I not gone to the Academy of American Poets' web page the other day I would have had no idea he passed away. You sure can't count on CNN for that kind of news...
