What price are we talking on the hat? I have been busy the last week with my in-laws 65th wedding anniversary.

size 58 is a large 7 1/4 (that what I have on my current CD). I got a little padding in there to reduce to normal 7 1/4.

Sam at EA said he "expected" to be charging the same as for the current Camp Drafts listed on his site. $90 AUD (Australian). His site will convert based on current exchange rates to US/Canadian/Euros/British pounds and more.

I have emailed Sam that we have passed the 20 member mark for interest and hopefully he will start the process of greasing the wheels with the Akubra product manager once enough of us are lined up. If Akubra somehow asked for a premium to produce this hat Sam may have to reflect that in his costs. I will post a firm price once Sam has that info back from Akubra.

I think for the heritage CD, once we got the go-ahead, we sent and email to Jenni and she took a deposit--but that was awhile ago. That price is not too bad...I may be back in sooner than I thought.

What about "The Armstrong" for Neil Armstrong. After all, the color is "Moonstone"

Good one, but it should also pay some homage to you Tom since you have been talking about this configuration at least as long as I have been frequenting the forum.

How about The LCD (Lounge Campdraft)???

How about the Yankee Campdraft? Well, maybe that won't go down well in some parts. How about the American Campdraft, or the Stateside Campdraft?
