Did we already mention the french brand "Bleu de Paname"? I stumbled across them while browsing google for euro workwear. Some pieces look nice and I like that they seem to produce in europe.

Me neither. Apparently they only have the blog and a store list. No online shop...and not even a proper lookbook or catalogue.

I found the images on google.

Dinerman, the jacket is killer. Amazing how some mainstream brands/stores seem to make good repros almost by coincidence. Must be their blog research teams digging out the inspirations.

Good Lord, the new Men's File magazine just arrived yesterday....it's a Denim/Work Wear special....pure porn. Get it if you haven't. Of course the majority of the labels listed are $350 for a shirt. But it's nice to dream.

I saw that yesterday flat-top....some nice wabash stuff in that look book. Wonder if it will ever make it's way into the secondary market? Seems like certain items are tough to find on eBay...for example the officer's chinos.

RRL stuff is nice to look at but hard to afford. :)
Also they have such horrible websites.
To do a slider in Flash is just stupid now days. To have the money that RRL commands and have such
a poorly done website is really horible.

Who pays top dollar for RRL? Not me...I wait for it to show up on eBay at rock bottom...er, cheaper prices. I've only owned a few pieces in all honesty.

Me neither. But I appreciate what they do. Just like Mister Freedom and some others... I like that the market for good repros seems to be growing. One has sucess - other will follow (well, I hope so)

Yes, niche market products will, likely as not, always be expensive. Where it will come down will be if this stuff is fashionable on the High Street level long enough for some reasonably good quality bits to come through as the usual high street knock-offs of the big label lines. I love RRL's designs. I'd buy some if they were within my budget!

RRL (as well as other high end brands) for me is inspirational. I know I'll never afford much of it, but I just love that it's out there. I have gotten lucky at the outlets however and have quite a few pieces, but never the truly amazing stuff.
