Absolutely perfect! The fit photos speak for themselves. As you say yourself: pretty much the most impressive x-zip to look at.

Now all you need is a Lewis Leather Lightning and you can close the chapter on moto jackets (comes with a pretty chunky main zip too:)).

Didn't you confuse the posters? I don't think the OP posted anything like that, it was the Xanax guy or something like that.

Forgot to mention the grain is developing faster than a polaroid. You can literally see it come to life.
Also, i gave it the laser straight stich inspection (not really a hang up for me) and found exactly two small wobbles you’d need to be looking for.

Can’t add to what’s already been said. As perfect as you can get!

IMO the J-24 is a timeless classic design that has stood the test of time. It looks as cool and modern today as it did back in the 50’s and will forever be cool.

Funny you should ask. That is another thing i really like about it. Full zipped the cuffs are wide enough to check the time. If i recall correctly recently it was stated that wider cuffs were authentic.

That jacket looks fantastic. And I enjoyed your meandering post. One small point, i have a Ridley in blackened brown Vicenza that I bought pretty much new on the classifieds here, and it does really show brown as it wears.

I was just attempting to Be thoroughly objective so the post could be useful to other prospective buyers. I really like the jacket. I don’t think it’s perfect but after a few years here I’m pretty certain that unicorn does not exist..

Cool. I think there is a thread here asking about this. It was a brief conversation but the answer seemed to be that no one had one. This could be because blackened brown hasn’t been showing up here super long or jackets Worn in rotations. I’m sure everyone would like to see pictures of yours.

Yes, I have to agree. But at least we can keep seeking those out! :)
It's a very nice jacket and I do hope you really enjoy it...
