Up for sale is my Japanese Schott 641xx "60s reprint" cafe racer. This is an awesome Japan-market repro of a 60s Schott cafe racer.
Asking $550 shipped OBO
The leather on this model is of fantastic quality and feels a step above mainline US Schott's. Beautiful even grain and an excellent weight - this will wear incredibly well for a lifetime and beyond. Awesome details throughout including the retro Schott label, maroon lining, etc.
The measurements (taken while zipped) are below (in inches):
Pit to pit: 19
Sleeve: 23
Shoulder: 16.5
Length - front from top of collar: 27.5
Length - back: 26
Hem: 17.75
It's tagged a 34, but from my research and from owning this piece, the patterns were oversized, so this fits like a 36 or S. Could also accommodate an XS for a slightly roomier fit.
I wore the jacket only a handful of times, and it is in excellent condition. It has been worn and stored with care and only shows super light signs of wear expected with minimal use. There is a minor scuff above the one chest pocket and a few super minimal marks throughout the jacket - nothing that wouldn't happen within a few wears.
Note, I had the sleeves hemmed to the listed measurement by a leather tailor.
I am in zero rush to sell and am okay with waiting for the right buyer.
