Schott CHP??

Is it on par with the quality of CAL or Vanson?


Hi all,
I came across a jacket that looks like a Schott CHP-style cross-zip, but I’m not entirely sure which model it is — or whether it’s a true CHP pattern.
Can anyone help identify it?


Also, how does Schott's CHP-style jacket compare in quality and construction to a California Highway Patrol (CAL) original or something like a Vanson C2/MKII?


Would appreciate any insight — especially from those who’ve handled or owned more than one of these.

It's okay but somewhat inferior to CAL CHP or Vanson's version. Standard Perfecto grade jacket. It is/was used by the actual police, though so that ought to count for something.
