Seeking ID for this unit emblem.........

I am seeking the proper ID to the emblem posted below, most likely a Bombardier Training unit/school seeing as the devil is looking thru a scope at triangle target below and holding a "blue" color practice bomb, in second photo showing AT-11 dropping bomb to the bottom right you can see the wooden "Triangle " target on the patch ..........
Hoping someone can help me get this one nailed down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
