The word of mouth went out over the wire this afternoon and evening. Stop the Clock Vintage Store in Berkeley (2110 Addison Street, Berkeley, CA) is closing their doors after 23 years in the business on September 30th (My Bday Ironically). I was there today, and picked up a vintage single breasted suit for the sum of $20.00 whole smackers.
Ladies, there is a HUGE amount of vintage there for you guys including foundation garments, garters, sweaters, dresses, handkerchiefs and more.
If you want information, call 510-841-2142 and ask for either Cindy (The owner) or Michael (Menswear Specialist). These folks are going all eBay in a couple of months after a long needed rest.
