A church sale on Thursday.

3 sets of cufflinks and tie clips--- for $2.00-- I especially like the pearl set.

A decent leather briefcase with a shoulder strap by Boyt... Not vintage but great quality for $3.00

Here's a pair of WWII 08 Fernglas Ithink they are from 1916, these are in very nice patinated condition (better now they've had a quick external clean)optically they are fine even though there is some slight seperation of the objectives;

I was going to use one of the hemmers (that long row of identical bits and pieces in the middle) for a sewing-project I'm trying to do. But the fabric was too thick. Had to do it the old-fashioned way.

Today's yard sale find: 1945 unit history of the 557th Bombardment Squadron (M) which operated B-26 Marauders as part of the Ninth Air Force. It belonged to a veteran who had also served in the RAF during the war. There was also a photograph of a 1995 reunion that he attended.
