Weird,
First one up
http://www.aeroleatherclothing.com/product-detail.php?id=1533
not sure if I could deal with this level of mismatching ?
cool or weird looking ?
I agree. To me this is a kind of re-enacting. "During the Great Depression, jackets have been made like this to use every part of a hide, so it is true to history to make them now like this as well." Well, back then they didn't make things so because they wanted, but because they had to. It's a bit like wearing torn and dirty trousers and calling it "poverty chic"...Don't understand why Aero would assemble a jacket like that, looks like two separate jackets sewn together! I could live with the odd mismatched panel, if it was the back of the arm say, but this is way too much.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. As long as you think it's worth the price, I think the hides after some time will blend in some. I think it's a little pricey for the mis-match, but good marketing goes a long way!Labeled as 1930s HB, but seems to be a Hercules. I think it actually looks worse on the pics than in real life. My FQHH jacket had two mismatched panels and it actually looked really great. And it's a 200 pound discount. After a good coating of Pecards you probably can't notice it anymore.
+1Looks perfect to me. Should be a feature on all Aero HBs..in my view.
