Sure can Alan. The size tag appears to be black on manila. No date stamp on the band but i included a lot stamp image as well. I’m impressed how crisp the labels are. The pencil signature appears to be “Stook”. Thanks.

Thanks for the additional photos. The sweatband stamp is the reorder number (matches the orange label). I would guess the word on the mfg. label is "stock." I've posted these somewhere before but not sure where... it is the oldest second generation No.1 Quality that I have seen, with gold label and three section mfg. label, c.1940. I think yours is a little later, but not much.

I just got this No.1 a couple days ago. Stole it from etsy. I was more than pleasantly surprised at it’s youthful appearance.

Doesn’t it just break your heart to see a sweat go down like that? I tried everything to salvage a Dinerman 100 sweat but alas, it only crumbles everytime i get near it. Hard to let go.
