Stretching Aero Leather Vicenza

I suspect I already know the answer to this, but a jacket that’s an inch smaller in the chest, and about the same in the shoulder... This is not a situation where I can do the shower thing and expect that much stretch, right?

Jacket in question is a Seven (Board Racer with a collar), and it’s so tight that the zipper separates at the bottom if I try to zip it up...

I just need a bigger size, yeah? Or could I get an inch from wet stretching?..

Yes you need a bigger size. The shower could work in a denim/textile jacket but you’d be looking at potentially ruining a Vic jacket that way. Add a numero to the tag size and live happily ever after.

Unlike most Aero patterns, the seven runs a size small. Don't ruin the jacket...order larger.

I agree with everyone else. I have had some luck shrinking leather jackets with water, but none at all in making them larger.
