No, it is not bespoke. They said they were, but are more made-to-measure. So far, the quality is far from ****, but also far from something you would get from Saville Row. For being on a limited budget, it is just fine. You pay twice as much and get similar quality from OTR suits that don't fit right; I chose this route, and have no regrets.
