The Irishman

Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro tackle the crime genre once again with this adaptation of Charles Brandt's book 'I Heard You Paint Houses,' about the life of Frank "The Irishman" Sheeran, a real-life mob hitman who purports to have killed union organizer Jimmy Hoffa and also Joe Gallo. De Niro will play Sheeran, with Scorsese directing from a screenplay by Steve Zaillian (American Gangster). Al Pacino and Joe Pesci fill out the supporting cast.
