This my closest one to the actual Brando model. Has the correct details such as pointed epaulets, belt that connects to back kidney panel, correct underarm footballs…

Ok, after doing a bit of digging I found the Esquire Apparel Arts issues scanned on a Korean website.
I think the pictures are pretty definitive.

This has been a fruitful discussion. We saw some cool Durable pics on fellow loungers, clarified the USA versus CA Durable brands, and got to see a USA Durable advertisement.

Now we need to find the link between USA Durable and Schott. That'll be a discussion for next time, LOL.

Wow, what a collection. This jacket is an absolute grail for me — probably never achievable for a small fry like me. I even doubt it was ever produced in my size. It’s really the fit and cut that make the jacket, IMHO.

The Great White ”Brando” here’s a jacket I recently got. Unfortunately way too small but wanted to share as I’ve never seen a white one.

Wow, that's quite the find! I've seen B&W two-tone jackets gonig back to the late 40s / turn of the fifties, but I think this is the first time I've seen an all-white cross-zip that's pre-1970, maybe even pre-1980. Great to see one documented here - and a Durable, at that!
