Anybody remember seeing this movie? It's a 1992 film starring Joe Pesci based on the life of Weegee a New York City free-lance photographer in the 1940s. Darn it, though, it's not available on DVD yet.

My dad has a first edition of Weegee's book "Naked City" he bought back when it was originally published in the 40s. Talk about a window into the past!

I remember that flick!!

It had Joe Pechie as a freelance shooter trying to get the scoop on some mob stuff!

It's been years, and I did only catch the end. But If I remember right, it was pretty sharp from what I saw...
