These pants too 70s?

I got these pants and two others cut exactly like them (but in grey and charcoal) for free. I wanted them because they're medium-weight wool, but the cut has that 70s tightness in the thighs. Do you think the cut is good?

Also, if I keep them, there's plenty of fabric to cuff them when I hem them - do you think I should cuff them or leave a clean hem?

I would have said more Sixties? I associate seventies with flares, I suppose.

Definitely cuff, though.

Are they pleated? If so, yes cuff. Uncuffed pleated trousers are works of the devil :rage:

If they are flat front, they will look a bit odd with cuffs, but better than pleated without!
