Cool models that are changed or discontinued. I found a Vanson 2000 catalogue and these were on it. It was when they still offered the Enfield in all three different leathers including horsehide.

The photos are terrible alright, but I think Langlitz is the winner for bad photographs, all of the jackets in their pics are too large.
Indeed. At least Vanson has the excuse of these photos being from the 90’s. This modern day Langlitz!

^This is a literal “how not to”sleeve^

I wish Vanson still offered the nylon blue Angel. That’s a cool jacket.

It was wet and cold yesterday in the shires.

I was reminded that a CZ is designed to counter just that.
If you had one with two zip tracks that would allow for more layering too.

CW R&R should be with me later in the week.
(Not quite the right thread to post it on but..hey....Vanson................)

This is my favorite Vanson. It's chassis is the same as the Star jacket, (it's the top half of the flat track suit). BUT it has exterior hand warmer pockets in addition to the normal two inside pockets. In addition to the double leather shoulders, it has football shaped leather reinforcement in the elbows.

Only one shoulder oval, The zipper backing doesn't have a license pocket, but reads Vanson in red leather lettering. The "Circle V" on the right chest is a throwback to the 70's but it's not a white label

But the dispatch rider "flying wheel" on the back just makes it! Its three different colors of leather, cut, layered, and stitched down. Really nice detail work, and Talon main and sleeve zips.

If anyone has any info about the jacket I'd really like to know. If it was an off the rack model at some point, or a one off, around what year it was made, anything would be great.

I've been to the factory in Fallriver a couple times, and I think the models are staff and family members. They really are a tiny operation and those jacket prices have in no way kept up with inflation. I can't imagine they have any kind of advertising budget.
Vanson could send all jackets to @ton312 and he takes the pictures ;)
