Vintage Borsalino 7 1/2

Very nice vintage Borsalino Alessandria in "Avorio" or ash grey.
Size is 7 1/2 Long Oval. I believe this hat to be around 70s vintage.
Felt is in great shape,A few minor smudges from normal wear.
Liner is in very good condition,light perspiration mark on inside that i have not tried to clean.Leather sweat is thick and pliable.
All in all a very nice classic Borsalino in well cared for condition.
Ribbon bound brim is 2 1/2". Crown ribbon is 1/2". Button cord.
Follow up pics show hat with vintage grosgrain hook on ribbon. Also available with hat if interested.

Avorio in Italian is ivory in English FWIW.

Thank you Cookie. All of the "avorios"I have come across are all in this "ash grey" color range. You are right on the translation "ivory" though and thanks for clarifying that.

Price reduction to 195. This is a great hat in excellent condition. Nice wt felt thats perfect for wear in warmer weather.
