For sale is a borsalino size 7.5 in a silver/taupe color. Its lightweight and in nice condition. The sweat is very soft and fully attached. Brim is 2.25". Price 200 OBO

It has an overwelt so it doesn't appear to have been cut, but who knows. It also has an interesting ribbon as can be seen in the lighter pic. The other ones are closer to the real color though.

Sorry, not meaning to suggest your hat has been trimmed... I'm sure the overwelt is original. In my example it has been lopped off inside the overwelt. Ribbon lightweight felt and inside liner appear the same.

Your hat looks to be a great one.
