Waist cinchers, corsets?

Hey girls,

I'm new on this board and was curious to know how many of you use waist cinchers or corsets? If you do how often? Do you wear them just when you go out or special event? Or do you wear them on a daily basis? Also, which ones do you guys find to be the best? Can anyone notice if you have one on?
