Resistol Tall Hand in mink:
That’s a great hat for a sunny or rainy day. How wide is the brim?
3 3/4 inches.
That’s quite a brim.
It just looks wide because it’s almost completely flat. I was going to lower the bumpers and ended up ironing it flat before giving it just a bit of dip to the front. It’s fun to play around with these westerns.
Hope your recovery goes well.
And a six cord.....I really like those.
I like the flat brim!!
Here is a Western Store......vehicles in front say it all....
That was here in Fort Worth. I found a old 100X Beaver made by them at a swap meet for a steal. Was my size too. Wish I hadn't sold it, was a great hat.
7X last drop for today’s socially distant hike in Santa Clarita
Love the hat and the scenery
Great pics, Ross and the hat, well. Don’t try to describe a Kiss concert if you’ve never seen one. Always enjoy that sweater. That peeling yellow paint and sagging picket fence seems to be a metaphor for today.
Great to see folks ‘out’ responsibly.
Thank you BB, it was a new spot for the wife and I since we’ve recently moved to San Fernando valley. The name of this spot is Mentryville Park. That house was used in a few 1980’s films but the plaque along with the house are fairly ‘weathered’. Cheers
Nice, Ross! Great hat, clothes, and environment. Stay safe and healthy.
The hat’s a +10 Ross. An absolute fav for me.
Man, the mocs take me back some decades! I can still feel them whilst stealthing around.
Thanks Bowen, and the Mocs can be had for a very reasonable price off Minnetonkas site. If they’re still there that is, for these a few months back for $40 I believe.
That sweater is very nice. I think I've commented on that before.
Thanks again, it’s a fav of mine too. Just wish I didn’t pay full msrp but it was one of those ‘had to have’.
I get it...
The 7XCB continues its long history of being socially distant from me but I'm willing to take the chance. My hat size is 7 1/8
