You mention reproduction, let me show you what I might have worn:
The shirt is collarless, straight off my wife's sewing machine along with the twenty-two inch hems of the baggy trousers. The double breasted waistcoat is another of the lady's handiwork.
The bespoke hat is from Gamble & Gunn, whilst Colin Johnson made the shoes. The detachable collar and tie are lost in the mists of time.
