I'm a poor plebe, living in the city, limited to just the space in my room, which is tiny. Just living the American dream. No more jackets after these, really cuz there's no space to store them. Apt was probably a bigger home back in the day, probably built in the 50s-60's this is the mantle of a former fireplace that used to be part of a dining room. I don't even have a closet.

I have one leather jacket (Thedi buffalo). I lay it on the floor of my walk in closet under my pants hangers. I'm actually concerned that hanging it will deform the shoulders no matter the hanger.

The wooden one on the end? That's a naked one, the ones in use have heavy foam pipe insulation.

Do not be scared when you hear that loud crack in the middle of the night. It happened to me. Lucky, no damage to the leathers. LOL>

Moved last year and didn't have a proper rack so I had jackets stashed all over the house.
Picked up some parts at the hardware store this week and made a new one.

Now they are all back together.
