Lord Almighty. In the Computer Age, they still have screw-ups such as this.

Love the hat. Is that a "shapable" hat? (A hat who's crown can be molded to the desired configuration)?

    Karl:

Thanks for your advice concerning the Dobbs "Dutton" I look forward to letting everyone know how the hat both fits and wears. (It will be my first Brown hat).

Today, my first fedora purchase from eleven years ago. [IMG]

It's a Borsalino, hadn't worn it in some time. Old photo, that window trim is now light green, and the canopy for the swing is now rotted away and the swing rusting. LOL

I once, instead of receiving a Schoble Homburg, received a set of handkerchiefs.

...I eventually got the Hommie, tho...

  17. When I was in college there was a trench coat flasher seen frequently on campus. None of the coeds could ever give campus police a facial description of The Nude Dude, as he was called. You could buy second hand trench coats on campus real cheap. Nobody wanted to be caught owning one!

Yeah, he was gifting me a Dalton box. But like Cracker Jacks, there was a surprise Whippet inside.

Poor guy was back in MA pacing the floor like a new father until I told him I had it and would send it back.

I shoulda sent him some hankies instead.

That was back when Whippets were going cheap.

    ...you know, under $1,000.00.
