Fruno - you rock that Dalton so well... Is that purple and gray?

JavaD - also a great color scheme . .. That's one of my favs of your collection... Great bash

hato - gorgeous hat... You are the master at making a crown look enormous... Consider me an apprentice from a distance

Esther - beautiful as always

Eric - wonderful piece... Can't say I've ever seen one of those... That crown is very appealing to me

Alan - I absolutely love the look of that Strat .... Reminds me of my grandfathers hat... A Strat just like that and it was one of only two hats he owned and he wore it everyday .
In my opinion that is how a hat is supposed to look.

Just a CD on top today and just happy to be part of the fold

You've got such a great attitude and look with your hats on.

It's effortless, and i enjoy looking at people who look like the hat is meant to be there

Dave : i love that colour combo! So daring yet subtle ( for me it's daring, belgian men usually go grey/grey or grey/black

Alan! Should i say more? Awesome!

Fruno! Is the binding a different colour than your ribbon? ( here everyone is going, ANARCHY :) )
Bob! Very nice!

Hatophile: i like the fact it's so high in the front, yet low in the back. Nice line!

Mayser: love the colour. So fresh ! Like the " snap " of the brim too!

Looking good, everyone!
Lots of the wet stuff coming down from the sky today, remnants of a big storm in Mexico I hear. Time for my Akubra conversion, today named the "Flow-y River". :)

Love that contrasting brim binding. The hat aint "half bad" either. :)

Thank you so much, my friend!

Thanks as well, buddy!

I plead GUILTY! as charged...

Probably harder to do w/ Tapatalk from a mobile device?

Thank you, as well, Ms. Esther. And a +2 to Alan and Steve. I like the casual look of the "rumpled" Strat, and the profiles on Steve's entries are always great.

The hat is listed as blue on one of the tags (It's blue/gray, emphasis on blue). The ribbon is black, the contrasting brim binding (a feature I love), is a dark maroon/burgundy color. The result is pretty, um, maybe dramatic is the right word?

No, i like it! It's subtle enough.
You all know I like the ribbons!

Just here, one does not go two tone or a different material when it comes to binding on men's hats. Don't ask me why.

For instance, emmanuel and his buddies found this combo too dandy!

I found it rather stylish, but Belgian men are safe when it comes to colour...

Thanks to everyone who commented on my Playboy and BBB from yesterday.

Esther - nice colour combo. I have a black Tumwater hat with a ribbon colour very similar.

Today, it's my Adventurebilt. Temperature seems to be in the mid 90's outside now, so it will be back to straw later, I think.
