When the temp goes down...

the number of hats wearable at one time goes up.

8°F today and a mom-knit cap under a Hat People "deep cut" newsboy was just the ticket.
HP caps adjust at the sweatband, so you can double-team them or just tuck your ears in if you're caught in a blow.

I had an important function to attend tonight, and wasn't sure what to top off my outfit with.

Should I go with the vintage Dobbs guild edge?:

Or the modern Borsolino Como?:

I even tried the new Schoble Homburg, even though I still have to remove a couple of little spots off the back:

And the winner was.....the Borso! :eusa_clap

Ol' Salty cleans up pretty well, in any case.

And yes, that's my Christmas tree peeking around the corner - not that I'm a procrastinator or anything...

Salty, I think you look great in the homburg. Don't give up on it yet; I think you will grow to love wearing them. The homburg and the Open Road are my favorite hat styles. And yeah, you do clean up pretty well !
