Did not snag a picture, but wore a recently purchased Iron Heart IHSB-T1-BLK - Iron Heart x Simmons Bilt Prairie Horsehide Type I Jacket - Black.

On the heavier side of jackets, feels smells and looks great! Many more trips to come. Lots of compliments.

Questions for anyone, the jacket has a single cinch on the back. I doubt Ill be adjusting it as it fits great as it is. Anything I should do to keep the strap end from flapping around? Ill try to get a picture posted of this beauty. Pretty much no break in time needed, though Im sure it will only get better with time.

Where’s the big hat? Great pic. What pants are those? Really cool.

Haha I had just taken it off before wifey snapped these, she didn’t think it looked right for the fit. Thanks!

Shirt and pants are also both RRL, vintage tooled belt and Rolex Club engineers.

Thanks. I’ll have to check them out.

I figured the hat was close by.

I saw the pictures before the username and was wondering who the new guy was.

I'm old enough to remember when fringes were cool. A few months back, I had a nostalgia trip and went on eBay looking for something rock-n-roll.

There were a bunch of these Branded Garment ones on offer and I couldn't resist for $40 US. Like-new leather and beefy talon zips were definitely an added attraction.

I have not seen any of these shown here before, so here's mine.

It's lightweight and possibly even a woman's jacket (I say that because there is no inside pocket), but I love the fit and the pattern is pretty cool.

The leather is substantial and I think it would break in nicely if I ever wore it much out and about. Not sure that I ever will wear it out, but if I did then I might even see some nice graining on this guy.

Fun to wear around the house, at least, put on some Mötley Crüe and relive the hairspray days. :D

(Edit: I'm actually not sure this would have fit in back in the hairspray days, either... it actually has a mountain man feel, which I also like).

I have a friend who picked up a brown suede fringed jacket and wears to the clubs and everyone loves it!

Looks good! Curious if you’ve had any troubles with the two way zipper..
What kind of trouble? I have this zipper on two thedi jackets and they have been perfect. I like how large it is, for example there is ample room for clearance where it doesn’t rub against the leather during operation. On a number of my other jackets the zipper causes abrasions on the sides of the zipper channel, it’s kind of annoying.

I’ve heard that two way zips can be fiddly, but keep thinking one is in my future for motorcycle riding. Glad to hear this..
