Mister Freedom Campus jacket came this weekend. So happy they finally made a color I was attracted to as I always wanted the jacket, but could never decide if I loved the colors enough for the purchase. No regrets here.

Being a style popular in the 20's-30's, I like it with buttons and boxy, on the "cropped" side, so to wear it well with high waist pants. I really dislike cossaks wit the 70s pattern (long) that unbalance the style (imho). I agree with the ones saying that buttons require soft leather. I have an Himel's and I think that David is a true master in this style

Now I see why you're selling that Reed Cafe Racer.

Winter boredom struck so decided to do craft a DIY detachable sheepskin collar and get some sewing done.

I'm making a franken-jacket out of my 2yo Fivestar steerhide cafe racer lol (also stole some ponytail elastic bands from the wife)

Been outside 3 times without problems with this abomination so far and it's nice to have the option of not wearing a scarf :)

Last fall for my 60th birthday I had the itch to have a unique leather jacket and finally pulled the trigger on the Kakishibu Persimmon Tanned Horsehide Type I Jacket (KB-140-T). This is the first jacket I have ever owned that both molds to my body with wear and also patinas as all my old leather jackets were nowhere near this quality. I really love this jacket and it has not disappointed. I hope the patina will grow darker with more wear outside in the sun but so far so good.
