Jacket weather is still a ways off here in Iowa. It was over 94F and about 80% humidity today, however soon, very soon, jackets will indeed be the "in" thing again! Till then, please pardon my sweat!
I'm gonna have to get me an elevator to take some photos in . . . (Actually, off-topic, the ones at work constantly break down, leaving people stranded in them for up to an hour and a half, so I won't be taking any photos in there!)
Highwayman I picked up from a fellow lounger. Heavy brown steerhide. I wonder if it's ton312's coveted "antique steerhide"? Anyone know when Aero was using this label?
Mate, you sure have the right jackets to take advantage of this cooler weather. Normally it would start to be warming a little by this time of the year in Sydney, but the season is soldiering on a bit this year, great for us leather jacket aficionados. Every day while I'm on my way to work in suit and tie (admittedly a cool vintage 40s tie and suit) I know you're rockin' a great jacket.
Thanks Beny, its a nod to the artists, designers, and sewers of 80+ years ago. And, my jacket has a Fancy Lining too.
