Thanks PN. It's sold by Okayama Denim. It really is an interesting material and their site explains how it's made. Basically the exterior fibers are woven into the wool interior. It's super warm, relatively light weight and easy to wear. I think the maker bought the name "Browns Beach" as the original was an American made co. that went under in the 1960's.

Today I completed my WW-II tribute jacket (made with a San Diego Leather ANJ-3 type jacket) and my son's A-2 made by Pop's Leather arrived in the mail, so we wore them both for a quick photo, even though it was way too hot for leather jackets!
