What Kind of Jacket is this?

Hey guys found this jacket at a shop, it's made it Belgium and it says SalikSuede. Anyone have any idea what it is exactly? Is it old? Any input is greatly appreciated, they wanted $45 for it and it fit me alright, little big. Not real fur.

Looks like a standard issue 1970's European winter coat.

Will be diffucult to ID it without a real maker's label. My guess would be a cheap 80's faux suede car coat, probably sold in a chain store.
It's definately not military.
