actually, this was last night, but tonight I'll dice up what didn't get devoured last night, and press it between two tortillas with some shredded cheese and butter for quesadilla's for the kids.

This is 1 of 2 I made for dinner. A bit labor intensive for the crust but well worth it.

The second pizza which had a thinner crust with 2 packs of Italian Cheese mix from Sargento (smoked provolone, asiago, and 4 others).
This one had been cut on the cutting board and slid back on the pan, which is why it's not all together.

So tonight it was a nice sirloin with fried squash.
Been on a cooking kick lately so here's another evening meal. Porkchops, green beans with onions, fresh chopped garlic, and bacon. And of course vine ripe tomatoes for garnish.
Well go buy a pig then.
