Next batch might have Mexican spices and use leftover pan drippings from the southwestern stuffed red peppers I made.

Chuck round steak slow cooked in beef stock, with onion, garlic, and mushrooms, & made into stroganoff (finished with crema agria) and served over cholesterol free noodles, roasted zucchini, steamed broccoli.

That is how we finished off the Thanksgiving turkey, with quesadillas. Simple and so good.
