Your opinion on the jambalaya served at Blue Bayou?

Can't really say because it's been years since I've been to the Blue Bayou. I hadn't been there since I was a kid.

BBQ'd New York Strip steaks encrusted with Montreal seasoning, bacon-wrapped asparagus as a sort of appetizer, tossed green salad, and Mrs. H's astounding pasta salad. Enjoyed on the patio and accompanied by mojitos made with limes and mint from the backyard garden.

Went to Ruth Chris steak house in AC,NJ

had a veal chop, mashed potates and cream spinach, lobster bisque for an app an a bottle of 2006 Cakebreak Cab.

followed by banana foster for desert with a glass of cognac
