Last night went to a Cuban themed dinner party. Had Cuban style roast pork, ropa viejas (a shredded beef dish), rice and corn with chorizo, roasted yucca, a salad of fresh tomatoes, onions, and avocados with a garlic/lime vinaigrette, mojitos, cervezas, and cuban style coffee with a little extra splash of bacardi.

Tonight was cheese ravioli with spicy marinara.

Last night, for Fathers Day, my wife and son took me out for Prime Rib. http://www.theprimerib.com/
Not many places around that still do a great Prime Rib.

Tonight, shredded pork tacos.
