If my wife showed even the slightest interest in hats, I give it to her. No matter what the hat was! And then I'd use that as an opportunity to buy another one just for me.

Rrog, that's really nice that you do that, even if it is just a ploy to get a new hat. When we lived out west I was trying to find a cowboy style hat for use in the desert. I didn't like the way I looked in most of them and then my wife would try it on and look great! So after that debacle, I've had friends say that she'd probably look cute in various fedora's I have and the answer is no. I refuse to let her look great in another set of hats.
