Woolsey and Kitchner Pith Helmet Sources

What are the best sources for these types of pith helmets? When I went to school in London, I was able to get both a Woolsey and a Kitchner (that was still very broad brimmed) for about 50 pounds each. Does anyone know of a real source for good pith helmets, not the cheaper knock off Vietnamese versions?

What Price Glory has a pretty nice version. I don't know what the inside looks like, or where it is made. I did purchase one of the Vietnamese helmets, and they are terrible.

Vietnamese Pith Helmets

These things seem to be made for Lillaputians or children because they have very narrow brims and seem too small on the adult head compared to the real pith helmets I got while in Britain.
