Sadly, over the years I've parted ways with several jackets that I've come to miss. I'm hoping to fill the jacket-shaped hole in my heart with something reminiscent of these models I've moved. I suppose it's not outside the realm of possibility that someone here might even have the exact jacket I sold, either to them directly or acquired it as it's made its way through the secondary market. So much the better if they resurface.
I'm 6'4 and 200lb. I tend to go for jackets that measure 23-24" pit to pit, 26"+ sleeve, shoulder width around 20". Back lengths can vary depending on the style, but I believe I'd be hard pressed to make something shorter than 25" look like anything other than a crop top. These numbers are of course a rough baseline for suitability, and measurements alone don't give the whole story of a pattern.
Styles I'm on the lookout for include CHP cross zip and center zip, your typical half belt style, and specifically the old Sears Oakbrook D-pocket. I had one and it fit amazingly and I thoroughly regret selling it. Here are a few reference pics of what I'm looking for. These are all jackets I owned previously.
Sears Oakbrook D-pocket
Cal Leathers CHP
Mister Freedom Campus Stallion
Levis (not sure of the story on this one really)
Thanks for looking!
