WTT: For a Vintage Homburg, or pre 50's Mens Wear

Hello,

I am looking to trade for a Vintage Homburg (Preferably 1920s-1950s). The size would need to be between a 7 1/8 - a smaller 7 1/4. I would prefer Grey to be the color, with a taller crown & minimal taper if possible.

What I have to trade:

Borsalino Alessandria that is a size 7 3/8.

The sweatband is wrinkled due to it being way to big for my noggin. The felt is VERY soft, and could use a rebashing/steaming to stiffen it.

Just some food for thought, that Borso might be a more attractive trade if it were cleaned and blocked. Right now its a project hat.

Yeah, I know what you mean. With it being abour 1½-2 sizes to big for me, I wore it at most, 6 times. That's how it came to me, and I just don't have the money to sent it off to be reblocked, and it just doesn't look good on me at all!

I don't have a Homburg but I have a champ fedora from the fifties in 7 1/4 I'll trade you for the borso. It's kinds dark grey with a violet hue to the felt with a dark blueish kinda ribbon. Mint condition bought from previous lounger when I didn't know my head size.
