I have a mid grey with some green undertones Borsalino purchased on Etsy a while back as a 1940's hat. I cannot vouch for its age but it is in good shape although a bit of a frankenhat.
The good, it is a nice soft felt, clean & flawless with no mothing.
The bad, it came with no liner so I put in one of Dogman's pinup liners and sewed it in. The sweat is supple but it needs stitching at the back seam. The old ribbon was replaced by Mike at NW Hats with a 1 3/4" Cactus colour that brings out the nice green undertones in the felt.
I purchased it as a 7 3/8 but alas it is too small for me. I think it is closer to a 7 1/4 or perhaps a loose 7 1/4"
Brim is 2 1/2"
Crown is 4 1/4" front & side, 3 7/8" back
Shipping to North American addresses is included if you can wait til Nov 30th as I will be in WA state that day and will mail it from there. That will save US buyers the wait for customs.
