On the low end you could have a look at h&m. They regularly offer them. But RRL will be better I guess. Online made to measure shirtmakers offer the band collar option too. This would have the advantage of getting just the right size and being able to pick a good fabric and maybe some fun workwear inspired pocket shapes. Natty shirts seems cheap enough to give it a try.
