The style are plastic browlines. These were very popular in the 1960s, for those who liked the aesthetics of browlines but preferred the comfort of plastic frames. You can see them in popular films such as Quiz Show and If... (as to the latter, anecdotally, they were quite the rage in England, but I do not have any concrete evidence to back this up, as of yet). If you're willing to shell out a bit more, I believe Moscot has a pair (and, based on their relationship to Hollywood, may be the pair being worn on NCIS).
