So long story short, I've been on the hunt for a nice cafe racer jacket for a little while now. I'd purchased one off the rack from a local department store, but the fit wasn't quite right and I returned it. I then bought a vintage Schott from eBay, but the fit (size 40) was just a tad too snug and the sleeves were too short.
I stumbled across Insurrection Leather here in Seattle last weekend, and fell in love with their Aero Cafe Racers. I know Aero has a strong reputation and after trying on a 40 and 42, the 42 seemed to be the better fit. Now I'm not so sure, and am wondering if I bought a jacket that doesn't fit.
Can you guys take a look at these pics and tell me your opinion on how it fits? For the record I'm 6'3" and 180lbs.
For the record, here is how the Schott fit that I recently sold:
