Not so Crazy Hat Idea

Okay, I have another Not So Crazy Hat idea.

Since this is the Fedora Lounge and everyone here basically has or wants a fedora.. a few of us have more than one...

We should start a photo page of makers and models. A reference page if you will. Say I wanted to see what a Stetson Open Road in dark blue looks like.. or a Dobbs or Knox or a hat I just picked up, or I'm bidding on. Is it really a... so-and-so or is it really a ______.

Members can take photos of the various hats they own, and post them on the page. Then the page puts them order by maker.. Champ, Disney, Dobbs, Knox, Stetson.. ect.

Does this page already exist? Am I out of the loop? Or am I ahead of my time?

Has the Idea man struck gold again?

Shamus, This sounds like a great idea to me. It almost seems to me that someone was already putting together a history of hat companys. Is that still in the works?
