Nevermind, I went back and the Rodeo is not 100% cotton. The rack is mislabelled.
I went to Jo-Ann this evening to try to find some fabric to make a few dress shirts, keeping in mind the thread that said the shirts should not be see through. The only thing I could find was Rodeo cotton which is a great heavy weight, tight weave cotton, but would it be period accurate?
I would also like to make a plain stiff front shirt and was wondering if the rodeo would work for this as well.
Are there any suggestions for fabrics to use if this will not work? I tried looking for poplin for the dress shirt, but there was nothing in 100% cotton.
