Trieste Homburg

I bought a homburg from second hand market for 8 bucks and manufacturer is Trieste. Never heard of it and can't find anything from google or here. Anyone knows something about the manufacturer? there is paper size and style markings inside the band but it doesn't say anything useful about the maker.

I know that this threat is worthless without pics and those will follow shortly.
